2022年11月25日，知名导演竹内亮制作的系列记录片《华为的100张面孔》第三季上线，在第一集中，竹内亮来到卡塔尔，记录了世界杯幕后英雄的故事。
原来，华为在2021年8月就成立了“世界杯通信保障”项目组，面对最紧凑时间、最密集空间、最复杂场馆、最可靠流程等要求，团队制定了143项工作内容，保障全球40亿+观众线上流畅观赛体验，各项网络数据刷新历史。“卡塔尔2022年世界杯的通信保障项目” 因此获得了公司的总裁嘉奖令（http://w3.huawei.com/info/cn/doc/viewDoc.do?did=16164783&cata=21078）。
因为素材量极大，《华为的100张面孔》的官方播出版本中不得不舍弃一部分内容。为了展现更多细节和幕后英雄，我们制作了一集内部特辑——《世界杯的幕后英雄》番外篇。

On November 25, 2022, the third season of the 100 Faces of Huawei documentary series kicked off with Director Ryo Takeuchi at the helm. In the season's first episode, Takeuchi visits Qatar to connect with the Huawei heroes working behind the scenes to make the World Cup.
Huawei established its World Cup Communications Assurance Project Team in August 2021. The project was faced with a seemingly insurmountable task – guaranteeing broadcast quality for a global audience of over 4 billion online fans, setting multiple network data records. The team needed to meet an insanely tight schedule, navigate the complicated stadium environment, and tackle 143 work assignments all from a single small office. Since then, the Communications Assurance Project Team for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 has been awarded the CEO's commendation ((http://w3.huawei.com/info/cn/doc/viewDoc.do?did=16164783&cata=21078) for their efforts.
Director Takeuchi documented so much about our outstanding heroes during his visit. In fact, he got so much film that some had to be cut from the final episode that was released. So, we have put together an extra episode only available to employees to learn even more about this amazing project.
